File a New Material Change Notification
- New Material Change Notification
- Select the **Campaign ***
- Choose **Change Type *** (from Select...)
- Provide **Title *** and **Description ***
- Complete the Impact Assessment — how the change affects investors/the offering
- Submit — BISX reviews and may respond with notes
WHAT COUNTS?
Anything a reasonable investor would want to know: leadership changes, material contracts, financial deterioration, litigation. When in doubt, file — transparency is cheaper than remediation.
