Route: /sponsor/requests · Issuers requesting you as their sponsor.

What you'll see

Each request shows the Company, the Campaign and Description:

• ID verified / ID not verified — whether the issuer's identity checks have passed
• Pending / Handled — whether you've actioned the request
• Form 1 — Offering Document — the draft offering the issuer intends to file
• "No submitted campaign yet — the issuer may still be preparing it."
• "No documents uploaded yet."

How to use

1. Review the requesting company and its draft materials
2. Accept (inform BISX Admin to formalize the assignment) or decline via Cancel
3. Mark the request Handled

TIP

A request is an introduction, not an assignment — BISX Admin makes the formal link. Verify identity status (ID verified) before engaging deeply.
