1. Businesses (issuers) apply to raise capital by offering equity in their company
2. Sponsors vet and supervise issuers and their campaigns
3. BISX reviews, approves and lists the campaign
4. Investors browse live opportunities and commit from as little as B$250
5. When a campaign reaches its goal, shares are allocated — you become a shareholder
6. The Regulator's oversight panel monitors everything, end to end
