Creating an Account

Getting started on BISX Crowdfund takes a few minutes. Here's the full journey.

1. Register

1. Go to the platform and click Register
2. Fill in your details and choose your account type (investor or issuer-side)
3. Check your inbox and click the verification link — this confirms your Email

2. Verify your identity (KYC)

Before you can invest, complete KYC Verification from Settings:

• Your status will show Verified ✅ once cleared
• Until then, investing stays locked

3. Log in

Use Login with your email and password. Forgot it? Use Forgot Password, then Reset Password via the emailed link.

4. Pick your path

• Investing? → Investor Guide
• Raising capital? → Issuer Guide (onboarding begins there)

DIRECTORS

Directors invited by an issuer will arrive via a Director Invite link — see the Issuer Guide's Directors page.
