• Approval History — the audit trail of compliance actions
• Current escalation level: — how far an overdue item has been escalated

• Filter by All Statuses
• Close / Cancel dialogs; record oversight outcomes

TIP

"Compliance Obligations Disabled" means oversight is switched off for your account (BISX-controlled). Escalation levels rise on overdue items — action them before they climb.
