The platform anchors key records to the Hedera distributed ledger — an tamper-evident third layer of verification alongside the database and audit logs.

What you'll see

Ledger entries with:

• Actor — who triggered the anchored event
• Transaction ID, timestamp and content hash of the anchored record

Controls

Filters as with other views — "No ledger entries match your filters."

TIP

A database record can be altered; its ledger anchor cannot. If a record's hash doesn't match its ledger entry, that's the strongest red flag this platform can produce.
