Alongside campaign review, sponsors verify each issuer director's Director Declaration.

What you'll see

• The board register of each assigned issuer
• Per-director declaration status: awaiting activation → in progress → changes required → Approved
• Clicking a director opens the Director Declaration Review — the declaration's answers with your approve / return-for-changes decision

How to use

1. Open an issuer's directors from your assigned campaigns
2. Review each submitted declaration
3. Approve, or return with changes required — the director re-completes and resubmits

TIP

Every director must reach Approved (yours and BISX's checks) before the campaign can list — chase stragglers via the issuer in Messages.
